These Terms govern the use of “SpritzCams TikTok Draft Uploader”, an internal tool that creates TikTok drafts (Inbox) using public information and SFW-only media.

2) Allowed use

• Use the tool to generate TikTok drafts and publish them from within TikTok.
• Comply with TikTok policies and applicable laws.
• Follow the SFW-only rules described below.

3) Prohibited content and behavior

• Uploading nudity, explicit sexual content, or sexually suggestive content.
• Attempting to bypass policies, misrepresent the content, or use deceptive tactics.
• Spam, abusive automation, or any activity that harms users or platforms.

4) Responsibility

The tool prepares drafts based on public data. The user is responsible for reviewing and publishing content in TikTok, and for ensuring the final post complies with TikTok rules.

5) Availability

The tool is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, security, or compliance reasons.
